Has anyone ever tried it? The Skinny Bitch cookbook has a lot of recipes calling for it. The recipes sound pretty good, we'll see!! The Johnson's might be TOFUing it this weekend!! SHHHH.. That's going to be our little secret...
Tofu tastes like whatever you cook it in. We've had it numerous times. The texture is like that of noodles and it tastes just fine. TONS of protein in it. I've used it in stir fry, pasta recipes, etc. You can season it to however you'd like. It might be a little strange at first, but if you ate it not knowing it was tofu, you would second guess it all b/c it's not that strange.
Oh, and there are several types of tofu you can use for cooking. They have crumbles, blocks, sliced, and different textures (soft, firm). I like the firm type better as it cooks easier.
Since you will be at my house on Saturday....let's stick to non-Tofu recipes! You can tell me about it after. You know I try to limit the amount of healthy things I put in my body. :)

I'll pass on the Tofu.....but you know me, I don't even like rice.
